Fanny Chang

Fanny is Global Operations Associate for R-Cities. She brings with her 8 years’ experience as a Legal Executive in the Singapore Government, followed by 8 years’ experience in the non-profit sector as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership in international NGOs. As a Legal Executive, she worked closely with legal counsel in the drafting and vetting of legislation for passage in Parliament. As an Executive Assistant, Fanny assisted the Regional Leader, Senior Director of Operations, and Executive Director in the smooth running of the Executive Office. Besides the usual secretarial duties of scheduling, taking minutes, and arranging travel and expenses submission, Fanny organizes international and global conferences. Before joining R-Cities, Fanny was a trust administrator with a trust company in the wealth management industry.
