Taylor O'Cain

Taylor O'Cain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and revenue management across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Resilinc since March 2025, Taylor previously held significant roles including Global Head of Deal Desk and Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations at Eightfold from March 2021 to March 2025. Prior experience at Cisco from April 2012 to March 2021 included managing teams focused on SaaS and product operations, specifically within the Security Business Group, and driving business process improvements. Taylor began an academic journey at North Carolina State University, earning an MS in Textile Sciences and Engineering and a BS in Textile Engineering, complemented by a minor in Economics. Early career positions included process improvement roles at Glen Raven and R&D engineering at 3TEX, Inc.
