Phillip Weaver

Phillip Weaver is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Resilire Neuro, a neurorehabilitation organization that provides superior care and treatment for individuals who have experienced neurological injuries. Phillip joined the company in September 2023. Prior to their current role, Phillip served as the Managing Director at C-Squared Management, LLC starting in May 2021. Phillip also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Special Tree Rehabilitation System from September 2021 to October 2023. In their earlier career, Phillip held various positions including Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics at La-Z-Boy Incorporated from June 2019 to April 2021, and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from November 2016 to November 2017. Phillip also worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2013 and as a Senior Consultant at Plante & Moran, PLLC from January 2011 to June 2013. Phillip began their career as an Accountant at Alpine Power Systems in October 2008 and later served as a Manager & Controller at CMI-Specialty Systems, LLC from July 2007 to October 2008.

Phillip Weaver has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business and Mathematics from Kalamazoo College, obtained between 2003 and 2007. Phillip also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtained between 2012 and 2014. In addition, they completed studies in Accounting, Management, and Business Law at Walsh College between 2009 and 2011. Phillip also briefly studied Spanish at Universidad Nebrija in 2005. Phillip holds an inactive certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Michigan.
