David Z Beitz

David Z Beitz has a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology solutions. David Z co-founded Beitz and Daigh Geographics, Inc. in 2012, where they provided GIS services to various clients in the real estate and retail industries. During their time at Beitz and Daigh Geographics, David also co-founded Planned Grocery®, a data platform that enables organizations to access information on planned grocery store sites for site selection and market planning.

In 1998, David joined EDENS : Connective Retail as the Director of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), where they utilized GIS technology to analyze markets and present opportunities to retailers for leasing and development transactions. David Z also played a role in site selection and broker relationship management.

Prior to joining EDENS, David worked as a GIS Analyst at CDM Smith from 1994 to 1998.

Most recently, David has joined REsimplifi, Inc. in 2023 as the Head of Product (CRE). It is unclear when this role will end as the end date is not provided.
