Frank Medora

Frank Medora currently serves as Lab Waters Manager in Technical Operations at ResinTech Inc., overseeing the review of client water samples for accuracy and quality while supervising two lab technicians since July 2025. Previously, Frank held multiple positions at Aqua America from November 2019 to April 2021, including Chief of Inorganic Chemistry, where management of day-to-day laboratory operations for water and wastewater testing occurred. Frank also served as Director/Manager of Quality Assurance, ensuring data quality to mitigate liability risks over a 19-year tenure. Additional experiences include roles as Client Experience Liaison at Suburban Testing Labs and Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, further supporting regulatory compliance and quality systems in laboratory settings. Frank’s educational background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Drexel University, complemented by early exposure to safety and environmental health through a co-op position at ARCO Chemical Company.
