From 2010 to 2011, they were Sales Director, Western Europe at InfoVista. From 2009 to 2010, they were VP EMEA at Guardium, an IBM Company. From 2008 to 2009, they were Vice President - EMEA at Venafi. From 2006 to 2008, they were Sales Director, IBM ISS, UKISA at IBM. From 2006 to 2006, they were Director, Northern Europe at Internet Security Systems. From 2004 to 2006, they were UK Sales Director - Business Continuity at HP.

Andrew Lawton received their Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Genetic Engineering from Imperial College London in 1989. Prior to that, they attended Kelly College from 1971 to 1985.
