Amy Sparks

Amy Sparks currently serves as the Regional People Advisory Lead for the Americas at ResMed, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held the title of Associate Vice President, People & Talent at Palomar from January 2021 to May 2023. Amy's extensive career at AMN Healthcare spanned over a decade, starting as a Housing Manager in November 2000 and advancing through various roles, including Director of HR Business Partner, Sr. Manager of Human Resources, Employee Relations Consultant, and Manager of both the HR Service Center and Customer Support, until January 2021. Amy Sparks is an alumnus of San Diego State University.
