Eugene Kim

Eugene Kim currently serves as General Counsel for a portfolio of health-tech SaaS companies at ResMed, overseeing legal matters for organizations such as Brightree, MatrixCare, HEALTHCAREfirst, and Citus Health, which collectively employ over 1,600 individuals. With prior experience as Senior Legal Counsel at OpenText and Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, Eugene specializes in intellectual property litigation, complex commercial transactions, and negotiations. Additionally, Eugene is a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels. Earlier roles include Corporate Counsel at GEICO, focusing on drafting and negotiating agreements and managing intellectual property litigation, and Associate Counsel at InPhonic, Inc., where responsibilities included compliance and due diligence for IPO preparations. Eugene holds both a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Washington.
