Jonathan Gale

Jonathan Gale, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management at Resmed since January 2025. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Jonathan has held key positions including Global Director of People and Culture at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where impactful talent and organizational development initiatives contributed to the successful launch of an innovative oncology treatment. Prior roles include Head of People and Product at FindAFitt, Director of Global Talent Management & Organizational Development at Freshworks, and Head of Organizational and Executive Development at General Atomics, each focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness and organizational capabilities. Jonathan's foundational expertise was developed as Manager of Organizational Development and Experience at Scripps Health and through consultative roles at CCP Group San Diego. Jonathan holds a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus.
