Karyn Thye

Karyn Thye, GRP, currently serves as the Global Compensation Leader at ResMed since December 2022 and is also the Co-Founder and Director of RealSkills Consulting Pte Ltd, a position held since 2019. Previously, Karyn held significant roles in total rewards and compensation across various organizations, including Group Head of Total Rewards at PropertyGuru Group (2020-2022) and Head of Compensation & Benefits - Asia Pacific at The HEINEKEN Company (2017-2019). Earlier experience includes Senior Reward Manager for the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at BT (2012-2017) and multiple roles at Procter & Gamble (2007-2012), culminating in Vietnam Plant Head of HR. Karyn began their career as a Regional Analyst at Mercer (2006-2007). Karyn's educational background includes a Master of Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the National University of Singapore.
