Laurinda Morgan

Laurinda Morgan currently serves as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Principal Talent Acquisition Partner for APAC at ResMed, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and early career talent initiatives across the region. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Talent Specialist at Australian Unity and over three years as Recruitment Services Manager at I-MED Radiology Network, where Laurinda oversaw a team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists and managed recruitment efforts for 240 clinics nationwide. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Consultant at AstraZeneca, with a secondment at Bayer, and various leadership positions at Charterhouse Medical, specifically managing Emergency Medicine recruitment teams. Laurinda began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group, following a degree in Communication, Culture, and Media Studies from Coventry University.
