Roberto Girardi is a seasoned privacy professional with extensive experience in legal counsel and privacy risk management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Privacy Enablement at ResMed, Roberto leads a team of 13 privacy experts across multiple regions, advising on global privacy initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director for Privacy Compliance & Risk Management at ResMed and Assistant General Counsel for Global Privacy at McKinsey & Company. Roberto has held key positions at Toyota Motor Europe, KPMG, and Infosys, specializing in privacy, data protection, and international contract law. Additionally, Roberto contributes to the International Association of Privacy Professionals as an Advisory Board Member. An accomplished legal professional, Roberto's educational background includes an Advanced LLM in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven and a Laurea Magistrale in International and EU Law from Università di Trento.
