Sherri Koester is an experienced Lead Researcher in Consumer Digital and Hardware at ResMed since October 2021. Previously, Sherri held senior user researcher roles at Microsoft and HP, leading exploratory and evaluative research initiatives. Sherri's diverse experience includes contract positions at Microsoft, Amazon, and HP, where responsibilities encompassed conducting generative and evaluative research, usability testing, and supporting product design. Additionally, Sherri has worked as a freelance user experience designer and researcher, and contributed to various projects at Nike and Translators without Borders. Sherri holds a Master of Industrial Design from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University.
