Suaidah Mohamad

Suaidah Mohamad is an experienced talent sourcing partner currently employed at ResMed since April 2022, specializing in identifying and mapping IT and tech talent in the APAC markets for the health tech, software engineering, and digital healthcare sectors. Prior roles include tech search researcher at Xcellink Pte Ltd, where talent acquisition focused on various developer positions, and recruitment consultant at Agensi Pekerjaan ExecSearch Sdn Bhd, managing searches for a broad range of IT and technical roles. Suaidah has also worked at IBM as a recruitment professional, overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process, and prior to that contributed as a recruitment consultant at Asia Recruit and IT/technical recruiter at Nityo Infotech. Additional experience includes a role in public relations and publication at the Institute for Social Science Studies. Suaidah holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Language from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
