Franco Gaudino

Franco Gaudino is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across prestigious organizations. Currently serving as SVP HR EMEA at Kenvue since June 2023, Franco previously held significant positions at Johnson & Johnson from November 2016 to June 2023, including Head of Human Resources for Consumer Health EMEA and Head of HR for Italy, Greece, and Israel.
