Alberto Saenz

Alberto Saenz has extensive work experience in the field of petroleum engineering and data science. Alberto is currently working as the Chief Data Scientist & Petroleum Engineer at ResNet AI Inc. Alberto previously worked at TRM Energy as an Asset Development Intern, where they were responsible for asset development of offshore and onshore fields in Vietnam. Alberto also built a mobile platform for project management using various tools. Prior to that, Alberto worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Texas A&M University at Qatar, conducting research on a new method for downhole monitoring systems in gas reservoirs. Alberto also gained experience as a Favor Runner at Favor Delivery and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Texas A&M University, where they conducted research under the guidance of Dr. Yucel I. Akkutlu. Additionally, they worked on a project at Noble Energy and IHS Markit. Alberto's experience showcases their expertise in petroleum engineering, data science, and research.

Alberto Saenz has a diverse education history that spans different fields of study. Alberto began their educational journey at Texas A&M International University, where they pursued pre-engineering. However, the duration of their studies at this institution is unknown.

Subsequently, Alberto attended Texas A&M University at Qatar in 2020, focusing on petroleum engineering. Afterward, they transitioned to the main campus of Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Petroleum Engineering from 2018 to 2021.

Furthermore, Alberto augmented their academic qualifications by obtaining several certifications. In October 2018, they received the IWCF Level 1 Programme Certification from the International Well Control Forum. In November 2019, they obtained the Stuck Pipe Prevention Certification from Intertek. Finally, in January 2021, Alberto completed "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" course offered by Coursera.

Building upon their educational foundation, Alberto is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Science degree at Texas A&M University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
