Claire Northrop

Claire Northrop is the current Marketing Manager at RESO. Claire has over five years of experience working in Property Management, and has held positions at both Banner Property Management, LLC and Cavalier Management Inc. In their previous roles, Claire was responsible for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase traffic and occupancy at their community, as well as preparing written and promotional content for distribution to residents and the public. Claire is also experienced in managing community social media accounts and organizing events partnering with local businesses to promote and cross-market. In their current role at RESO, Claire is responsible for leading the marketing team and executing RESO’s marketing strategy.

Claire Northrop earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a business concentration from Appalachian State University. Claire also holds a certification from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) in Working With Real Estate Data – Business Module (RED-B).

Claire Northrop reports to Sam Debord, Chief Executive Officer. Claire Northrop works with Suzanne Biegenzahn - COO, Greg Sax - Director of Growth Management, and Meridith Berson - RESO Services Coordinator.
