David J. Simmonds has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. David J. is the President and Founder of RESOLUT RE, a company that offers commercial real estate brokerage services. Prior to founding RESOLUT RE in 2009, David worked as a Leasing Agent at The Weitzman Group from 2000 to 2008, where they represented commercial and retail tenants in leasing and sales transactions. Before that, they served as a Property Manager at Lynx Property Services from 1999 to 2000, overseeing various retail centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, and residential units. From 1997 to 1999, David worked as a Property Manager at United Commercial Realty, managing multiple retail shopping centers. David J. began their career as a Sales and Managerial Intern at University City Housing from 1994 to 1996, where they handled leasing, maintenance requests, and inspections.

David J. Simmonds attended Columbia College, Columbia University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
