Kevin Finlay

Kevin Finlay is the Founder and President of Smart Rehab, a St. Louis-based provider of in-home physical and occupational therapy services for older adults, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this, Kevin served as President of Woven Home Care, leading day-to-day operations and enhancing internal systems for a non-medical home care company from April 2023 to April 2025. Kevin's extensive background includes various roles at Tolmar, including Director of Corporate Accounts and Regional Sales Director, as well as positions in specialty pharmacy and sales with AcariaHealth and AbbVie. Kevin's career began in financial consulting and sales at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and Edward Jones, paired with early experience as an Occupational Therapist at Therapists Unlimited. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University.
