Nick Kurz

Nick Kurz is currently working as a Commercial Advisor at RESOLUT RE since June 2023. Prior to this, Nick worked as a Commercial Real Estate Development Intern at REDSKYHOLDINGS LLC and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at 1045 Commercial Real Estate. Nick graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance With Real Estate, after completing their education at Saint Louis Abbey/Saint Louis Priory School. In their roles, Nick has experience in writing Letters of Intent (LOI) to landowners, finding landowners nationwide, shadowing accounts payable teams, managing properties, and strategizing with clients to maximize occupancy and NO1.
