Trac Bledsoe

Trac Bledsoe is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in healthcare and commercial property development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at JOL Healthcare, Inc. since September 2022, Trac also founded B3 Commercial, specializing in real estate acquisitions and development for healthcare, urban, and senior housing projects across Texas. As Managing Principal at The Practice Companies since December 2016, Trac focuses on healthcare real estate investments and development. Previous roles include Partner at HCM, LLC, and President of Hughes Capital Management, where expertise in acquiring and developing commercial properties was demonstrated. Trac's career began with positions at Opus West Corporation and Means-Knaus Partners, LP, along with an academic background in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
