Eric Anderes

Eric Anderes has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit management and resolution. Eric is currently the Senior Managing Director at Resolute, a position they have held since April 2023. Previously, they worked as the VP of Risk Management at Arizona Financial Credit Union from January 2022 to April 2023.

Prior to that, Eric was the Principal at Proactive Consulting, LLC from July 2017 to January 2022, where they provided consulting services in credit management and resolution, including special assets portfolio and single asset management, implementation of remedies and loss mitigation strategies, REO management and disposition, litigation support, deficiency settlement mediation, restructuring and forbearance negotiations, personal property liquidation, portfolio review and recommendations, client-specific projects, feasibility or least cost analysis, and acquisition support services.

Eric also worked as a Manager at SMS Financial, LLC from May 2016 to July 2017, where they specialized in the acquisition, recovery, and servicing of performing and nonperforming commercial loans. Eric was responsible for coordinating all aspects of asset management and servicing of distressed loans acquired by the FDIC from failed financial institutions.

Before that, Eric was the VP of Special Assets at Enterprise Bank & Trust from March 2011 to May 2016. Eric also served as the Vice President of Credit Administration at M and I Bank from October 2008 to March 2011 and as a Commercial Loan Officer at Silver State Bank from May 2004 to August 2008.

Eric Anderes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
