Resolute Mining
Amy Walsh is an experienced exploration geologist currently working at Resolute Mining Limited since September 2023. Amy previously served as a postgraduate researcher at Scotgold Resources, conducting a distinguished master's dissertation at the University of St Andrews on the gold-to-sulfide ratio of the Cononish Au-Ag deposit, earning accolades for best research project. Additional experience includes a role as a consultant core technician at Major Precious Metals Corp, focusing on geotechnical logging and sampling, and participating in a competitive mentorship program at Jacobs within the GIS team. Earlier experience includes a student internship at BP's International Centre for Business & Technology, working with core samples from oil basins globally. Amy holds an MSc in Strategic Earth Resources from the University of St Andrews and a BSc in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University.
