Kim Schmidt

Kim Schmidt has been working in the IT industry since 1991. Kim began their career at Aetna Life & Casualty as an Analyst, providing level II Intel server hardware support for Novell Netware based servers. Kim then moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various roles, including Sr. Network Engineer, Manager of Networking in the Research Division, and Sr. Principal Analyst. In 2005, they joined BT in the Americas as Manager of Security Operation Center, Technical Specialist for Security, and Technical Specialist for LAN/WAN. Since 2013, Kim has been working at RESOLUTE Partners as Operations Manager & Sr. Network Operation Administrator, overseeing operations performance and effectiveness in support of more than 30 remote sites, managing and mentoring Operations support staff, and documenting, developing, and/or improving operational support processes.

Kim Schmidt attended the University of New Haven from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Kim also holds an Aruba-Certified Mobility Associate Certification.
