As VP of Engineering at Progress, Veli headed the development effort for a number of new products at the company. Along with people management, technical research and planning, he has led product teams from a state of unclear requirements, mediocre strategy and subpar engineering processes, to a state of lean operation, user-driven requirements and a mindset for success.
