Joseph Spinola

Joseph Spinola has over two decades of extensive legal experience, serving as a full-time mediator at Resolute Systems, LLC since March 2010, specializing in a variety of civil disputes such as complex commercial, personal injury, and financial matters. Prior to this role, Spinola held judicial positions with the New York State Supreme Court and Nassau County District Court from January 2003 to March 2010. Spinola began a legal career as a trial attorney at Spinola & Mirotznik, P.C. from January 1997 to December 2002. Joseph Spinola earned a law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University between 1980 and 1983.
