Roger B. Jacobs is a seasoned arbitrator and mediator with extensive experience in labor, employment, and commercial matters. Since February 2011, Roger has served as a panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and holds similar roles with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the National Mediation Board, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and Resolute Systems, LLC. Roger is recognized as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a certified mediator with the International Mediation Institute. As Managing Partner of the Jacobs Center for Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Roger focuses on arbitration, mediation, fact-finding, and problem-solving. Roger holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Labor Law from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
