Jessica Llewellyn has a diverse range of work experience in the field of biomedical research. Jessica started their career as a Laboratory Demonstrator at Nowgen in 2015, where they likely gained experience in laboratory techniques and procedures. In 2012, they joined the University of Manchester as a PhD student, conducting research on liver fibrosis and investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying matrix production in this condition. During their PhD, they were funded by the MRC and worked under the supervision of Karen Piper Hanley.
