Peer M. Schatz

Peer M. Schatz has an extensive work experience in the life sciences, having been involved with a number of companies since 1993. In that year, they joined QIAGEN as Chief Financial Officer and grew the company to over 5,200 employees and US$1 billion in revenues. In 1998, they became Vice Chairman of the Board at Evotec, and in 2002 became a Member of the Board of Advisors at Deutsche Börse. In 2008, they became a Board Member of the Analytical, Life Science & Diagnostics Association, and in 2009 they became a Board Member of AdvaMedDx. In 2019, they founded and became Managing Director of PS Capital Management, and in 2020 they became Chairman of the Board and Cofounder of Resolve BioSciences and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CENTOGENE. In 2021, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board at Siemens Healthineers.

Peer M. Schatz completed their High School Degree in Switzerland, Matura Type A, from Gymnasium M\u00fcnchenstein in 1984. Peer M. then went on to pursue a Masters Degree, lic.oec.HSG, from University of St.Gallen from 1985 to 1989. Lastly, they earned their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1991.
