Advocate Manager at Resolve

Dawn is Resolve’s Advocate Manager. She joined Resolve after working in the Medical Collection Industry for 20 years. Through her time in medical collections, she has worked as a Bill Collector, Marketer, Provider Service Representative, and an Insurance Claims Appeal Specialist. These roles showed her firsthand the issues within the healthcare system. She has since made it her mission to help families save money on exorbitant medical costs, and she even found a way to do it while working within the Collection Industry by developing a special position that focused on helping patients appeal denied insurance claims.
