Brian Parks

Brian Parks has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Brian is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Resolve Systems since 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they were a Co-Founder at Valence. In 2019, Brian founded ShutterPilot. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Quantum Metric as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Front-end Software Engineer. In 2020, Brian founded Synapse Software and also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at LinQuest. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Cherwell Software. Brian served as Chief Technology Officer at PictureBooth.Co from 2015 to 2017. Brian worked as a Programmer Analyst at Young Life in 2015. Brian also founded Synapse Software in 2010 and held the roles of CEO and Chief Storyteller there until 2015.

Brian Parks completed their high school education at Christian Brothers Academy from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a HS Diploma. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Lehigh University from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Brian attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and worked towards a Ph.D. in Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Science from 2009 to 2012, although they did not complete the degree (ABD). Brian Parks has also obtained several professional certifications, including Continuous Product Design Foundations from Continuous Product Design Certified in February 2021, Quantum Metric University Fundamentals from Quantum Metric in February 2021, and Cherwell Certified Professional Administrator from Cherwell Software in February 2020.
