Derek Pascarella

Derek Pascarella has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Junior System Administrator during a paid internship at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals Europe Limited, where they gained experience in Linux, Unix, and Windows environments. At My Local Loop LLC., from 2012 to 2014, Derek led the IT department and implemented an electronic mag-stripe discount card reader system for over 500 merchants. During this time, they also designed and coded an online control panel for cardholders.

From 2014 to 2015, Derek worked as a Systems Engineer at 626 Holdings, LLC., where they developed an internal support service system, managing support requests from over 75 client facilities. At NexGen Surveying, LLC., from 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Information Technology, taking charge of developing the company's infrastructure, coding the company website, and designing an internal web application for order tracking.

In 2018, Derek moved on to work at WeFund Capital, LLC. as a Software Developer/System Administrator. Their accomplishments included migrating the company's sales representatives to a new CRM solution, developing custom automation software, and creating software to scrub leads from various sources.

Starting in 2019, Derek joined Ayehu as a Senior Solutions Engineer, responsible for the sale, deployment, support, and solution development of Ayehu's ITPA product for enterprise customers. Derek also produced documentation and developed canned demos to aid in acquiring new business. In 2021, they were promoted to Solutions Engineering Manager before transitioning to Resolve Systems in 2023.

At Resolve Systems, Derek first held the position of Senior Sales Engineer and then became the Sales Engineering Team Lead. Currently, they serve as the Global Director of Sales Engineering.

Derek Pascarella attended Florida Atlantic University from 2006 to 2011, where they studied Computer Science. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.
