Carla Hartman

Carla Hartman has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Carla is currently working as the Vice President of Marketing at Resolve Tech Solutions since 2023. Before that, Carla worked at Adapt2 Solutions as Vice President of Marketing, where they were responsible for strategic brand management, go-to market planning, customer retention, and generating leads resulting in over $6M in revenue. Carla also held the position of Director of Marketing at Adapt2 Solutions, where they exceeded revenue goals through collaboration with the sales team and established a demand generation marketing program. Carla also worked at TTC, where they served as the Director of Marketing & Sales Support (Global) and successfully developed global marketing plans and implemented demand generation marketing. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Customer Success (Americas) at TTC, where they drove marketing initiatives and managed a team of recruiters and marketing specialists. Carla also gained experience as a Marketing Lead at Adapt2 Solutions, where they developed and executed various marketing campaigns. Carla began their career at Constellation Energy Partners LLC and Houston Texans, where they gained knowledge and experience in sales operations, marketing, and communications. Throughout their career, Carla has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing planning, brand management, market research, and generating revenue through effective marketing strategies.

Carla Hartman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Pre Law from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Houston-Downtown from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Carla has acquired several certifications, including B2B Marketing and Social Media Marketing from Growth Collective in August 2021, a Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in June 2018, Google Analytics certification in June 2017, and Google Adwords Fundamentals certification in March 2017. Carla also earned a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Development from the University of Houston-Downtown College of Business in August 2016. Carla Hartman holds a Texas Education Certificate, specifically for EC-6 and Mathematics 4-8, obtained from the Texas Education Agency in August 2010.
