Varshana Rajasekaran

Varshana Rajasekaran has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product management and health management. Varshana is currently working as the Lead Product Manager at Resolve To Save Lives since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Kry from March 2022 to June 2023.

From July 2020 to March 2022, Varshana worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. as a Product Manager (Technical Advisor) in the Digital Health department. In this role, they managed the development of new and existing digital health products across 11 countries. Varshana was involved in developing the product vision and strategy, as well as implementing agile methodologies for product development. Varshana also introduced product discipline within the organization by implementing OKRs, product KPIs, and prioritization rubrics. Varshana also conducted product discovery and user research in low-connectivity environments.

Before that, Varshana worked at Simprints as a Product Manager for the Mobile Platform from March 2018 to July 2020. Varshana also gained experience in the consulting industry by working at PwC UK as a Senior Associate from January 2016 to March 2018 and as an Associate from March 2014 to December 2015.

Varshana's earlier experiences include an internship at the World Health Organization in 2013, where they focused on health systems governance and financing. Varshana also interned at Imperial College Business School as a Health Management Intern from May 2013 to July 2013. In this role, they worked on projects related to health system structures and cost-effectiveness of tuberculosis interventions.

Varshana Rajasekaran has pursued a comprehensive education background in the field of health and management. Varshana obtained a Master's degree in International Health Management (MSc) from the Imperial College Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry (BSc) from Imperial College London. Varshana also completed their A-Levels (CIE Board) from Kolej Yayasan UEM.
