Kavya Kodipyaka is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at Resolvit, focusing on pipelining, screening, and qualifying applicants. Prior to this, Kavya worked as a Recruiter at IKEA, a Project Trainee at Sijang Group, a Uschool Community Intern at Unschool, and completed an internship with the Results and Marketing Development department of BCCL Hyderabad at The Times Of India.
