Eduardo V. is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a MEL Specialist at Resonance for the USAID Private Sector Engagement Hub, Eduardo V. leads agency MEL activities, develops research alignment with evidence priorities, and ensures data quality per USAID standards. Previous roles include COVID-19 M&E Advisor at the Public Health Institute, Programme Management Consultant at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and Evaluation Consultant within the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services.
