Rachel Raccuia

Rachel Raccuia is an accomplished senior manager specializing in enterprise contracts, compliance, and operations, currently leading strategies at Resonance since April 2024. With a decade of experience at Chemonics International, Rachel advanced from project management roles to director positions, notably overseeing a $125M economic resilience program in Iraq and expanding the company's global operational footprint. Rachel has also served as a strategic advisor for complex initiatives in Afghanistan and managed substantial USAID-funded programs aimed at enhancing women's leadership in government. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, Rachel furthered education with a study abroad program at UNSW, achieving a 4.0 GPA.
