Shanna Tova O'Reilly possesses extensive experience in international development, good governance, and migration management. Currently serving as Director and Senior Advisor at Resonance, O'Reilly enhances company revenue and oversees a $3-million USD portfolio addressing social impact and sustainability in emerging markets. Previous roles include leading the $15-million USD JuntosEsMejor Challenge at Resonance, and holding various positions at DAI, including Chief of Party in Honduras and Senior Global Practice Specialist. O'Reilly has also contributed to police reform initiatives in Bangladesh with The Asia Foundation and directed a six-country human rights education portfolio. Academically, O'Reilly holds a Master of Arts in Economics and International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from The Ohio State University.
