Benjamin Craig has extensive experience in technology and client services, currently serving as Client Services Director at Resonate since January 2019, following roles as Realisation/Portfolio Director and Technical Strategy and Integration Director. Previously, Benjamin held key positions at Monsoon Accessorize, including Head of Business Systems, where responsibilities encompassed managing the technology change plan and business systems teams. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Head of Technology at The Dune Group, focusing on system improvements and project direction, and various roles at Tesco PLC, where Benjamin led technology for Grocery Home Shopping Fulfillment and managed significant technology delivery projects. Benjamin graduated with a First MSci in Chemistry and Biology Dual Honours from Durham University.
