Daren Wood

Daren Wood has extensive work experience in various technology and transport roles. Daren currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vision Director (Transport Tech & Traffic Management) at Resonate since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Solutions Development Director at Resonate Group Limited from 2016. Before joining Resonate, Daren held the position of Solutions Development Director at DeltaRail from 2006 to 2016. Daren also worked as the Department Manager at AEA Technology Rail from 1999 to 2006 and as a Software Engineer at Thames Water from 1995 to 1999. Daren's earlier work experience includes the role of a Depot Supervisor at Eurocamp from 1991 to 1993, where they were responsible for coordinating equipment needs and leading teams for campsites in France.

Daren Wood pursued their education at the University of Warwick, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from 1986 to 1989. Daren then went on to further their studies at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science & Operational Research from 1994 to 1995.
