Paul C. Rae

Paul C. Rae is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in leadership across several industries. As the CEO and Founder of 23 Bulbs since March 2020, Paul focuses on software and hardware engines and real-time engines. Additionally, Paul serves as Adviser to the Board at Resonate Music Media, Inc. and previously co-founded and held executive roles at Virtual Lab and Gebco Int, specializing in LEED consulting, energy modeling, and commissioning. Paul’s career also includes tenure as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, managing significant assets in private investment. Paul founded an electronic music label, MA Presents, and holds advanced degrees in Sustainability Economics from the University of Glasgow and Global Finance from the University of Dundee.
