Andrea Nicolaisen

Andrea Nicolaisen has a strong background in the medical device industry, with extensive experience in quality control and regulatory affairs. Andrea most recently served as the Vice President of Quality at Resonetics, a position they began in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Engineering, QA/RA at Procell Surgical Inc. from June 2020. Andrea also held the position of Vice President Quality and Regulatory at Micron Products, Inc. from September 2019 to June 2020.

Before their time at Micron Products, Inc., Andrea served in various leadership roles at Keystone Dental Inc., including VP Global Quality and Regulatory from January 2019 to September 2019, Vice President of Engineering, QA/RA from March 2015 to January 2019, Director Engineering and Development from December 2012 to March 2015, and Senior Manager Product Development/Product Development Engineer from June 2007 to December 2012.

Andrea began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at DUSA from 2004 to 2007. Andrea then worked as a Product Development Engineer at Abbott Laboratories from 2003 to 2004, and as a Development Engineer at Thoratec Corporation from 2001 to 2003. Andrea started their professional career as a Mechanical Engineer at Xerox from 1999 to 2001.

Andrea Nicolaisen earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1994 to 1998. Andrea then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Tufts University from 2008 to 2010.
