Michelle Riches

Michelle Riches is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Product Development Engineering Group Lead at Resonetics since May 2021. In this role, Michelle specializes in developing novel interventional devices in the neurovascular, structural heart, and thrombolysis sectors, leading complex multi-phase development programs and collaborating with customers to bring concepts to clinical applications. Prior to Resonetics, Michelle held positions as a Senior Engineer at Distal Solutions, Inc. and as a Senior R&D Engineer at Fractyl Laboratories, Inc., where responsibilities included designing catheters, developing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with Design Control regulations. Additional experience includes roles at Microline Surgical, Fikst Product Development, 480 Biomedical, Inc., and Parker Hannifin, contributing to various engineering and design projects. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
