Alan Koermer

Alan moved to Steamboat Springs in 1997 after graduating from the University of Denver. He continued his education by earning a degree in Resort Management from Colorado Mountain College. Mr. Koermer has decades of hospitality management experience, and he serves as the Vice President of Hospitality at Resort Group, as well as the President of Simply Steamboat. Alan holds the Community Association Institute designations of Certified Community Association Manager (CMCA - 2007) and Association Management Specialist (AMS - 2008). Mr. Koermer was the past chairman of the Steamboat Springs Parks and Recreation Commission and former chairman of the Colorado Mountain College Resort Management Advisory Committee. He also serves as a board Member of the Mt. Werner Water District and the vice-chair of the City of Steamboat Springs Golf Management committee.
