Prior to this role, Terence was the Assistant Vice President of Sales at Genting Cruise Lines from April 2016 to March 2022, where Terence served as the Sales & Marketing head for Singapore. Before that, Terence worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as the Sales & Product Development Manager from November 2007 to April 2016, where Terence was responsible for leading the direct sales portfolio and exceeding sales targets. Terence also has experience as a Team Manager at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, a Senior Team Leader at Teledirect Pte Ltd, and a Team Leader at TeleTech.
