Tina Matson

Tina Matson is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Concierge at Resorts World Las Vegas since June 2021. In this role, Tina has also held the title of Director of Concierge for Bravo Hospitality Management at the same location. Prior to this, Tina worked at HS Brands Global as the Director of Client Relationships from June 2020 to June 2021 and spent 14 years at Bellagio as the Director of Concierge. Tina's career began as an Operations Manager at 360 healthclub and Sports Performance Center, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and service standards, achieving staffing reductions through cross-training, and implementing a successful accountability program that significantly decreased guest complaints. Tina holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, attended Concordia University Irvine, and has a professional background characterized by a commitment to high service standards in luxury environments.
