RESORTTRUST, INC. is a Japan-based company mainly involved in the construction and operation of membership hotels, the sale of membership rights, as well as golf and medical businesses. The Company operates in five business segments. The Membership segment is engaged in the development of membership hotels and the sale of hotel membership rights. The Hotel Restaurant segment is mainly involved in the operation of restaurants and resort hotels under the names XIV, BAYCOURT CLUB, SUN MEMBERS and HOTEL TRUSTY. The Golf segment develops and operates golf courses, as well as sells golf membership rights. The Medical segment is engaged in the sale and management of medical membership rights, as well as the provision of medical consulting services. The Others segment is involved in the leasing of real estate properties and the management of villas. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 24 subsidiaries and eight associated companies.
