Lauren Nagel

Lauren Nagel currently serves as the Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner at Resound, a position held since June 2024. Concurrently, Lauren is a Board Member at Rayna Cares since August 2023 and has been an independent composer and vocalist since March 2008. Prior to these roles, Lauren was the Chief Executive Officer at SpokenLayer from October 2021 to October 2023, where a focus on innovative podcasting and advertising was maintained, collaborating with notable partners such as Spotify and TIME. Lauren's extensive background includes serving as Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Pandora from June 2011 to October 2019, where creative direction was pioneered across various teams. Earlier career experiences include roles in audio advertising and development writing at UC Berkeley. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theater and Creative Writing from Northwestern University, completed in 2004.
