Martha Childs, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources. Martha began their career in 1994 at Schroeder Manatee Ranch, Inc. where they served as Vice President Administration for over 13 years. Martha then moved on to JCI Jones Chemicals, Inc. as Vice President Human Resources. After that, they served as Regional Human Resources Manager at G4S Youth Services. Martha continued their career at HMSHost International as a Human Resources Field Generalist. Martha then worked at Westgate Resorts as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, Martha is working at Resource Data, Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator. Martha has a solid background in HR and holds certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Martha Childs, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their education in the field of Restaurant Management at SUNY Morrisville in New York from 1976 to 1977. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011 and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2015. Martha also obtained a certification from the University of South Florida (USF) in December 2008.
