Allison Shaw

Allison Shaw is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as a Sustainability Manager at Resource Energy since August 2022, after progressing from the role of Senior Sustainability Analyst. Prior to this position, Allison held various roles at Nareit from May 2016 to August 2022, including Sr. Manager of ESG Issues, where key responsibilities included managing the REIT Industry ESG Report, verifying data for the REIT ESG Dashboard, and overseeing the Nareit Member ESG Survey. Additionally, experience at CoStar Group from June 2013 to May 2016 involved managing client relationships and market research in commercial real estate. Allison earned a Master's degree in Sustainability Management from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
